All jewellery items sold on this website are handmade and one-of-a-kind
I take great care to represent my pieces accurately through photographs and descriptions. However, colors may vary slightly depending on your device's display settings or the lightning situation.

All sales are final. I do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns for any products purchased on our website.
Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. In the rare case of receiving a damaged item, please contact me within 24 hours of receiving your order with visual proof (best to take a picture the second you open the package, or even a video)
Please ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate. I will not be liable for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Custom-made jewellery can be commissioned upon request. Please note that once a custom order is placed, it cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded.
A deposit of 10% may be required to begin custom work, and full payment must be made before the item is shipped.

All images, designs, and content displayed on my website are the property of Wicked Faes. You are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, or use any of my images, designs, or content without prior written permission from the shop owner.
Unauthorized use of our products, designs, or images for any commercial purpose or reproduction is strictly prohibited and will result in legal action.

I reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in product information, or suspected fraudulent activity
